Dineo Moeketsi allegedly threatens to beat up YFM DJ

TV presenter Dineo Moeketsi allegedly lost her cool when she saw a celebrity cosying up to her rapper boyfriend, Zothile “Solo” Langa. According to Sunday World reports, Moeketsi had to be restrained  when she “threatened” to beat up YFM DJ Yvette Mhlauli after she spotted the radio DJ chatting to Langa at the Back to the City music festival in Johannesburg in April.

Sunday World quoted Mhlauli saying: “It was an innocent chat because I know Solo and we had not hooked up in a while. Nothing suggested we were being cosy or something. Then, when Dineo suddenly appeared and saw us together, she lost her cool.

“She pushed her face into mine and threatened to beat me up, but was restrained by Solo, who begged her to stop shouting at me.”

Moeketsi however denies the incident. “What are you talking about? Where did you get your information from?” Moeketsi asked Sunday World. “I’m busy shooting. I don’t know the person you are talking about. The only DJs I know at YFM are Sammy [Sosa] and Thembi [Thabethe],” she told the Sunday paper.

Sharon Osbourne collapses

Talk show host Sharon Osbourne is struggling to keep up with her busy schedule. Osbourne, who is married to rock musician Ozzy, collapsed at her Los Angeles home on May 22, US Magazine reported. Osbourne (62) has since taken a month hiatus from her co-hosting duties on CBS daytime show, The Talk, which she hosts with Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Aisha Tyler and Sheryl Underwood. A statement from Osbourne’s representative states the TV host collapsed from mental and physical fatigue and that her doctor’s report states she is suffering from extreme exhaustion. “She most likely returned to work too soon after being hospitalised recently for pneumonia,” her rep told US Weekly.

New music from Drake and Beyoncé

Rapper Drake and Beyoncé Knowles’s song Can I leaked on Tumblr on May 21 and it’s nothing to write home about. The pair collaborated on Knowles’s 2013 single Mine from the album Beyoncé, however on Can I we hear Knowles just saying words  “Can I baby”, throughout the 3:26-minute long song. Drake on the other hand does what he does best, which is rap about his crew, his area code “the 6” and his love interest. The single, which also features OVO newcomer Sal Houdini, is thought to be a single from his upcoming album Views From the 6, according to Okayplayer reports.
