A letter to all M&G iPad subscribers

Dear M&G iPad subscribers

We would first and foremost like to apologise to all who have been affected by the recent inconsistent roll-out of the M&G‘s tablet edition.

Our newsroom strives to deliver a quality product across all of our platforms, week in and week out. Unfortunately, technical glitches have crept into our production processes of late and we have thus been unable to deliver the M&G to you on time, every Friday.

We value all of our subscribers and will not rest until we can promise you optimum delivery and quality. It is in this spirit that we have entered into a process of overhauling the tablet edition.
The end result will be an edition worthy of your’s and our high standards, that we will guarantee will be available each and every Friday.

In the meantime, we would like to reimburse you for every edition missed this year. To claim this refund, please email your details to subscriptions@mg.co.za

The tablet edition will be back up next week and available to all of our subscribers.
