President Jacob Zuma has received legal advice to challenge the State of Capture report, the Presidency said. (Reuters)
President Jacob Zuma will challenge former public protector Thuli Madonsela’s State of Capture report, which alleges influence-peddling in government, the Presidency said on Friday.
The Presidency said in a statement that Zuma had received legal advice to challenge the report, which also prescribed that a judicial inquiry be set up to probe the allegations against him. Zuma denies any wrongdoing. - Reuters
