The SABC’s sole remaining board member, Mbulaheni Maguvhe, has decided to appeal the Western Cape High Court ruling dismissing his case that sought to interdict parliament’s inquiry into the board.
Despite Maguvhe’s planned appeal, the ad hoc committee that is conducting the inquiry into the fitness of the SABC board to hold office will continue with proceedings.
