The M&G cabinet report cards has become a respected barometer of government performance.
South Africa has a proud tradition of railing against what is wrong, even when such condemnation is futile or self-defeating.
The DA has given President Jacob Zuma a one out of 10 on the party’s Cabinet Report Card, with his Cabinet scoring an overall four out of 10.
