The Constitutional Court has upheld convicted drug dealer Frank Nabolisa’s appeal to have an increased sentence scrapped.
The ConCourt will rule on Wednesday on Frank Nabolisa’s appeal, Sheryl Cwele’s co-accused in drug dealing, against an increase in his prison sentence.
