Viagra still on the rise 10 years on

Ten years ago this month, the lives of millions of men and women were changed almost overnight by the advent of a little blue pill — the first oral treatment for impotence. Viagra, developed by accident by scientists at Pfizer Laboratories, was first approved for use by the United States Food and Drug Administration on March 27 1998.

Scientists rethink Reich’s orgasm theories

Physician-scientist Wilhelm Reich, best known for his claims of a cosmic life force associated with sexual orgasm, died in federal prison, and the United States government burned many of his books and other publications and destroyed his equipment. But now scientists and other believers are working to advance the psychiatrist’s work.
