Metrobus drivers in Johannesburg went on strike on Wednesday afternoon in protest against a new shift schedule, the bus company said.
A strike by Johannesburg Metro Bus drivers entered its second week on Monday after weekend talks failed to reach an agreement.
The Johannesburg Metro Bus drivers’ strike will enter its third day on Thursday, although talks are at an advanced stage, the company said.
