Finance union Sasbo filed papers with the Labour Court on Monday to obtain an urgent interdict against Standard Bank retrenching staff.
FNB employees in the Northern Cape and Free State are faced with retrenchment as the bank intends closing 34 of its branches, Sasbo said on Friday.
