Village Main Reef Gold Mining

Blyvooruitzicht’s residents have nowhere to turn while choking on dust from a slimes dam that belongs to the stricken gold mine.

The gold production company has reported record highs at its Tau Lekoa flagship mine and restructuring at other operations.

Gold producers Evander Gold and Village Main Reef have reached agreement with the NUM and the United Association of SA, says the Chamber of Mines.

After investing hundreds of millions on its Blyvooruitzicht mine, the gold producer has declared the operation unsustainable.

Village Main Reef Gold Mining has received a firm intention from To the Point Investments to make an offer for the rest of its shares.
