President Nelson Mandela, first lady Graa Machel and Foreign Minister Alfred Nzo left on Wednesday afternoon for a week long state visit to the Netherlands, Finland, Norway, Denmark and Sweden. These countries were among the strongest European supporters of the anti- apartheid movement, which since 1994 has translated into development cooperation. The visit is mainly ceremonial.
