South Africa’s mining production decreased 1,6% annually in November, Statistics South Africa said on Thursday.
South African mining production for the three months to the end of May 2004 soared by 8,1% year-on-year (y/y) and was up by 2,6%, after seasonal adjustment, compared with the previous three months, Statistics South Africa (Stats SA) said on Tuesday.
South African mining output for the three months to August, after seasonal adjustment, reflected an increase of 3,4% compared with the previous three months to May due to a 5% increase in the output of non-gold minerals, Statistics South Africa (Stats SA) said on Tuesday.
