Changes in Bafana side

WEDNESDAY, 11.00AM:

BAFANA BAFANA management have added seven players and an injured Gavin Lane to the 23-man squad that faced England last weekend, in preparation for the upcoming matches against Holland and Zambia.

Kaizer Chiefs’ Mark Williams and Thabo Mooki, and former Chiefs striker Pollen Ndlanya have been named along with Orlando Pirates player Brendon Silent. Bradley Muir of Manning Rangers has also been called up, while rising stars Benedict McCarthy, of the under-20 side, and Bradley Carnell of Wits University have been given their big chance.

The Nelson Mandela Challenge will be played against Holland at First National Bank Stadium near Soweto on Wednesday June 4, the World Cup qualifier against Zambia will be at the same venue on Sunday June 8.
