EXPORTS of SA-built motor vehicles increased by 90% in the first five months of this year compared to the same period last year, according to latest figures from the National Association of Automobile Manufacturers of SA.
A total of 6 207 locally manufactured vehicles were exported between January and May this year, compared to 3 267 units over the same period last year.
