Bucs play it again in Casablanca

WEDNESDAY, 12.15PM:

ORLANDO Pirates Zimbabwean coach Ronald Mkhandawire left on Tuesday with a 15-man squad for the first leg of their third match against Raja Casablanca of Morocco this Sunday.

Their mission to win against Casablanca changed for the better on Tuesday night when midfielder Dumisa Ngobe was cleared to play. It was earleir reported that Ngobe had received two cautions and would not qualify to play. It was expected that Ngobe would join captain John Moeti and Gavin Lane, who are both suspended.

“I have only had one yellow card and I will be playing against Raja,” said Ngobe.

Mkhandawire left a relieved man. “To put it mildly, it is a blow to losing both Lane and Moeti. Thank goodness Ngobe is available. We have to win to stay in contention,” said Mkhandawire. “There is no margin for error this time. A draw is no good for us. It’s win or bust.”

Mkhandaiwre said they have also included defender Gerald Raphahlela and midfielder Simon Magagula, who did not feature in the first two matches.
