FOREIGNERS KIDNAPPED IN CABINDA

FIVE people, including two Frenchmen and two Portuguese, were feared kidnapped by armed separatists on Wednesday in the Angolan enclave of Cabinda. A vehicle in which the men were rtavelling with an Angolan woman was found abandoned in the tiny, oil-rich enclave, according to local police. The Portuguese were named as Jose Manuel Pereira and Antonio Bettencourt. One of the Frenchmen was identified as Patrick Harr. The men are all employees of Bouygues SA of France, an international engineering and construction company.
