THE bail application of the four men arrested in Nyanga, Cape Town on Saturday in connection with last week’s murder of political leaders in Nyanga and KTC townships was postponed on Monday the Wynberg Regional Court. The men were arrested following the murder of four members of the United Democratic Movement and an African National Congress councillor, SABC radio reported. Meanwhile, seven men accused of murdering UDM branch leader Vulindlela Matiyase in the Samora Machel informal settlement in January appeared for a second time in the Mitchell’s Plain Magistrate’s Court on Monday. Their bail applications were postponed to later this month.
