A PERUVIAN national, Oscar Werner Davis (28), pleaded guilty to charges of possessing cocaine with a street value of R3,2-million in Cape Town’s Magistrate’s Court on Friday, SABC radio news reported. Davis was arrested earlier this month at a Green Point hotel after allegedly selling cocaine to an undercover police agent. More cocaine was found in his flat in Llandudno. In an affidavit, Davis admitted he had acted as a courier between Peru and South Africa in order to support his family. The case was postponed to April 28 for sentencing.
