FIVE British men are missing after a string of kidnappings in Nigeria, the foreign office said on Tuesday night. Some of those seized were oil workers. The British government said the hostages had been captured in three separate incidents on August 3, on Friday and on Monday. The foreign office confirmed that two of those missing after the latest incident were engineers David Welsh (63) who is resident in Spain, and Keith Miller (50). The men, who are employees of Niger-Benue Transport Company, were seized on Monday outside the firm’s offices in Warri, in the Delta region.
