LIBERIA’S participation in the upcoming All-African games in Johannesburg remains uncertain due to financial problems, Youth and Sports Minister Francois Massaquoi said on Thursday. “I don’t know yet. We owe (the Supreme Council of Sports) some 190,000 United States dollars, and our participation (in the games) is hanging in the balance,” Massaquoi said. He said the arrears with the All-African games governing body dates back to 1988.
