BIGGEST EVER SA MANDRAX BUST

The Scorpions investigative unit made the biggest Mandrax bust ever in South Africa when they seized 1,9 million tablets worth R200 million in Johannesburg on Monday. Six people have been arrested after South African Revenue Services tipped off the police that they were suspicious about a container at Johannesburg’s City Deep depot . The tablets, discovered in suitcases inside the container, were brought into South Africa from Indonesia. Two Portuguese nationals were arrested in Edenvale and another suspect, a Mozambican citizen, was arrested at a Bruma hotel. The other three suspects are South Africans.
