INCEST FAMILY IN DOCK AGAIN

THE four accused in the Delmas incest case are to appear in court again today to face charges relating a 16-year relationship between a brother and sister. Robert Fedder, 40, and his 32-year old sister, Heibrecht Kamffer, were arrested in July for allegedly having had an incestuous relationship for the past 16 years. They have two children, aged 14 and seven, who are in a place of safety. Police were investigating the possibility that Heibrecht might have been pregnant as many as ten times. It was not known what has happened to the other eight babies. A search for the babies’ bodies has yielded nothing. The couple’s parents, Robert Jan Fedder, 65, and Elsina Fedder, 60, were arrested for aiding and abetting the incestuous relationship and were also accused of fraud. Police were also investigating at least two charges of child abuse against Fedder and his sister. Earlier in September Heibrecht got married to a man nine years her junior, Stefan Kamffer.
