A 16-year-old boy would appear in the Vereeniging Magistrates’ Court on Thursday on charges of allegedly raping a two-year-old baby, police said. Inspector William Mcera said the teenager was arrested on Wednesday at the Vlakfontein informal settlement after the girl was raped on Monday.
