United, Swallows ready to thrill fans

Supersport United and Moroka Swallows will meet in a potential explosive Castle Premiership match at Securicor Loftus in Pretoria on Sunday.

The two teams are tied with 27 points on position five and six respectively.

United go into this game hoping to undo the 3-0 drubbing they suffered at the hands of Swallows in the first round.

But the Pretoria-based side have since turned the corner. They have won four of their last five games.

United beat Silver Stars 1-0, Santos 4-0, Zulu Royals 3-0, Black Leopards 2-0 and drew 1-1 with Orlando Pirates recently.

Going into this Sunday match, Swallows seems to be on a clean bill of health while United could miss reliable goalkeeper Calvin Marlin, who sustained an injury against Pirates.

Pirates and Jomo Cosmos will meet at Johannesburg Stadium on Saturday at 7pm.
