Tlhabeli Ralebitso

Tlhabeli Ralebitso, better known to his colleagues as TC, is the managing director of Vodacom Ventures, a subsidiary of the Vodacom Group. He serves as non-executive director of various companies representing Vodacom. Prior to joining Vodacom, Ralebitso was director of DSI Capital, an investment holding company he co-founded in 2001, which concluded key transactions in sectors including financial services, manufacturing and logistics. Ralebitso spent two years in strategy consulting with Letsema Consulting and the United States-based Mercer Management Consulting, where he provided advisory services for early-stage and industry-leading companies in South Africa and the US. He started his career as an engineer in 1993, doing research and development of energy-related industrial applications at AT&T Bell Laboratories in New Jersey. Thereafter he joined Eskom Enterprises, followed by a stint at South African Breweries. Ralebitso holds a bachelor of engineering degree in mechanical engineering.

Godfrey Mbingo

Godfrey Nkosingiphile Mbingo (34) currently heads up Vodacom Lesotho operations as managing director, having joined Vodacom in 2005 as executive head of brand marketing. Mbingo has a strong analytical business mind and a passion for brands and people, and he is an advocate for diversity and transformation. His talents came to the fore while leading marketing campaigns such as “Yebo Gogo”, “Vodacom meerkat” and “Greatest supporter of South African supporters”, to mention but a few. Mbingo started his career as a marketing assistant and soon proved that he is a force to be reckoned with in the marketing industry when he became senior brand manager for Kellogg’s Corn Flakes. He later continued his excellence at Coca-Cola. Mbingo holds bachelor of commerce and master of business administration degrees.
