MySpace trail leads police to burglar

A teenager that checked into his MySpace account after breaking into a furniture store was arrested by police that tracked him down through clues left on the shop’s computer.

Police in the Washington State town of Kennewick said the 17-year-old boy broke into Bella Office Furniture then lingered for five hours browsing porn websites and hawking stolen items on his MySpace account.

The teenager reportedly confessed to the burglary after being taken into custody by police on Tuesday. His name was withheld because he is considered a juvenile. — AFP
