The Department of Water Affairs is inviting raw water users to rovide written comments on the proposed raw water charges for 2011/12 financial year. The proposed raw water charges for 2011/12 financial year are prepared in accordance with the Raw Water Pricing
Strategy, established in terms of section 56(1) of the National Water Act of 1998 and published in the Gazette per Government Notice
No. 296973 of 16 March 2009.
The written comments should reach the Department of Water Affairs on or before 21 October 2010.
The raw water charges can be viewed on the departmental internet link: www.dwa.gov.za
