The Transaction Advisory Fund has been established to support the establishment of commercially viable partnerships between investors and local community land owners. Its goal is to enable beneficiaries of the land
reform process to make effective use of their land.
Applications are invited for the funding of transaction advisory and associated services directed at forging partnerships between Communal Property Associations or Trusts and investors.
Applications will be considered from:
– Communal Property Associations or Trusts.
– Advisory teams (including deal structuring community facilitation and administration services)
– Investors with an interest in establishing partnerships with land owning communities.
– Government Departments.
