Papers are expected to be filed in court today. Advocate Ismail Mohamed, SC, will be leading the case. The other applicants are the Release Mandela Committee and Aubrey Mokoena.
The challenge will be directed at a number of the new regulations imposed when the State President renewed the Emergency, particularly those that curb the media.
