WATCH: Mmusi Maimane declares early DA election victory in the City of Tshwane

DA leader Mmusi Maimane has declared an early victory in the capital city. Results are yet to be formally announced but  Maimane  was in high spirits as he announced to reporters Tshwane is in DA hands much like he did with the DA’s Nelson Mandela Bay win.
