NGCOBO ON CONCOURT

JUDGE Sandile Ngcobo, the acting Judge President of the Labour Court, has been appointed a judge of the Constitutional Court, SABC radio news reported on Sunday. Ngcobo’s appointment was approved by President Nelson Mandela following the recommendation of the Judicial Service Commission. The commission conducted interviews in Cape Town early last month.
