This year TSIBA celebrates 20 years of investing in transitioning young people into careers and ethical, purpose-driven leadership. Two success stories of graduates excelling in the corporate world are Mthetho Koyana and Samantha Williams. 

“The truth is that TSIBA was not my first choice when I thought about a tertiary institution, and then, after I was selected to study at TSIBA, I considered that on completion of my first year I would go to another institution. However, after my first year of studies, I was ‘in love’ with the institution and what TSiBA stood for, and stands for still to this very day. Course Details:

• The 3-day Strategic Analysis and Corporate Foresight certificate programme provides participants with an in-depth understanding of the analytical frameworks and foresight tools to create better strategies.

• The Transformational Leadership certificate programme also runs over three days of immersive learning, and provides participants with the inspiration, hands-on tools, and knowledge to enhance your emotional and leadership skills for leadership and managerial solutions and results.
