There ain’t many better than Black

Product:BLACK WIDOW V3.63 by SoftByte Lab

If you’ve gone through the tedious process of trying to save an entire website on to your hard drive file by file, you probably got the jitters thinking about your telephone bill.

And if you discovered afterwards that suddenly all those images you painstakingly saved cannot be viewed in the .htm or .html pages you saved because their location has changed from the Web to your computer, you’ve probably cussed a little.

What you need is an offline browser, and they don’t get much better than Black Widow. You want to visit the Louvre, for example? Black Widow will download the entire site, images intact, so you can browse through the site at your leisure without even noticing that you’re not online anymore.

Black Widow is one of the most sophisticated offline browsers around. It offers flexible configuration settings that enable you to download part of a site or the entire site, preview files in an Explorer-like Window offering detailed information, manage links and much more.

If you’re serious about offline browsing, you should check out Black Widow first.
