GERMAN coaching instructor Peter ‘Corporal’ Ueberjahn has been widely tipped to take over the hot seat of the senior national Namibian soccer team coach now that the the contract of Seth ‘Orlando’ Boois has expired. Although acting Secretary General of the Nambian Football Association John Madimba declined to confirm the rumours, Ueberjahn is the strong favourite to take over from Boois. “The government, as the main sponsor of the national team, has indicated to us that they wish to appoint someone on a full time basis with salary and additional benefits. Many people believe that Ueberjahn, for many years Technical Advisor on the Brave Warriors technical staff, has the experience and capacity to take over the coaching job on a full time basis.
