NIGERIA’s outgoing military government has named a new set of 41 envoys to head the country’s foreign missions abroad. The foreign ministry said in a statement that the move, ahead of the May 29 date for military hand-over to elected civilians, is “an integral part of the transition programme meant to lift Nigeria out of international isolation”.
