UNITED States First Lady Hillary Clinton, accompanied by her daughter Chelsea, arrived on her first visit to Egypt on Sunday as part of a North Africa tour to campaign for women’s rights and promote US ties with the Arab world. Clinton was greeted on her arrival at the capital’s international airport by Cairo governor Abdel Rehim Shehata. From Egypt, the first lady will visit Tunisia and camp in the Moroccan desert before wrapping up her tour on April 1.
