JSE WARNS FOUR

THE Johannesburg Stock Exchange said that that four companies face suspension of their listings because they have not submitted financial statements within six months of their financial year ends. The companies are Karos Hotels Ltd, Marlin Corp Ltd, Marlin Holdings Ltd and Mhangura Copper Mines Ltd. The companies have until July 31 this year to submit their results or face being suspended, the bourse said in a statement on Friday. Karos said in a cautionary announcement on Friday morning that the hotel group’s directors are in talks to restructure the firm’s long-term financing commitments. The talks involve the group’s major financiers and controlling shareholder Movenpick Hotels and Resorts of Switzerland, it said.
