Last week, after she indicated she had to look after her child, as her well as her late sister’s children, she was told she could apply for bail this week. When she appeared in court on Monday, August 30, the state prosecutor said Nkosi’s Pretoria-base attorney had failed to contact him regarding the bail application. Nkosi tried to persuade the court to allow her to argue her case on her own. The court refused and her bail application was postponed to next week on Monday.
