A NEPHEW of Ghanaian President Jerry Rawlings has been granted bail after being charged with provisional murder charges over the assault and death of a taxi driver. The case against 25-year-old Emmanuel Addy will begin on October 18. He was granted bail of $3500. Addy allegedy assaulted a taxi driver, Kwasi Kuma, who was driving ahead of him on August 29. Kuma was allegedly beaten unconscious. Afterwards Addy left the scene and reportedly later returned later with another vehicle which brought the victim to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
