HUNGARY’S Justice Minister Dr Ibolya David is expected to arrive in South Africa on Tuesday on a six day official visit. David will meet Justice and Constitutional Development Penuell Maduna on Wednesday for bilateral discussions, during which an extradition agreement would be finalised in Cape Town. A Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between South Africa and Hungary would also be signed. David would be the guest of honour at the Hungarian National Day gala, also in Cape Town on Wednesday.
