DIMENSION Data Holding (Didata) on Thursday announced that it is set to capture at least 15% of the networking market in the New England region of the United States. The deal sees Dimension Data take control of Data Comm Systems (DCS) Incorporated, a Boston-based company with an annual turnover of R200-million. This follows its acquisition of a second network integration company in the US, a move which further entrenches the Group’s position as a global networking services provider. DSC will immediately be integrated with Didata’s first US acquisition, RE/COM, and the new entity will be rebranded under the Didata name.
