Give your points to charity

Many of us sit with loyalty points on our credit cards but we never get to round to cashing them in — usually because we can never book flights with them in the first place. So how about donating them to charity? Most credit cards offer the option to cash in your loyalty points to donate to specific charities. This is a recession-proof way to give to those less fortunate.
