Rhythms in Clay is Ceramics Southern Africa’s regional exhibition, which showcases the creations of top local ceramic artists with the work of invited guest artists Tania Babb, Leanne Frisinger, Carina van Heerden and Clive Sithole. Perennial is a group exhibition by the Garret Artists Collective that reflects the remarkable growth of this unique group, which was started by Jeanette Gilks in 1989.

Homing has 12 Durban-based photographic artists presenting a body of new work that is characterised by a great variety of forms of expression. From an installation of light boxes to digital prints on paper, from a sculptural installation of a spaza shop to large-scale photographs printed on wallpaper and glued to the gallery walls, this is no ordinary documentary photographic exhibition. The artists involved are Andrew Griffin, Troy Inman, Harry Lock, Peter McKenzie, Neith Moore, Michele Silk, Lanel Janse van Vuuren, Thulani Welcome Ngcobo, Ernest Siphiwe Mthembu, Vincent Musa Chala, Thulani Derrick Mbhele and Emmanuel Nkosinathi Shangazi.
Regional Mid-century Modernism on the South African East Coast: The Work of Crofton and Benjamin Architects 1955 – 1964 is the title of an exhibition of exquisite photographs by Dennis Guichard that honours the iconic work of architects Derek Crofton and Issy Benjamin in Durban and Pietermaritzburg.
