In the past month, Tshepo Motsepe, Luyolo Mazwembe and now Doron Isaacs, have resigned from Equal Education amid allegations of sexual harassment
The request was made in a letter sent to the civil society organisation’s National Council
Equal Education co-founder Doron Isaacs and activist Zackie Achmat implicated by staff
On Monday, Equal Education released a statement saying its former head had resigned after allegations of sexual harassment.
Sources allege “an enabling environment for sexual predators” in the organisation
Tshepo Motsepe resigned after a preliminary investigation was conducted and a formal complaint was submitted to the organisation’s national council.
Its network of healthcare workers and cellphone links provides a model for other nations to follow
