THE National Youth Commission said on Wednesday that it is satisfied with the level of enthusiasm shown by the youth and first-time voters during voter registration over the weekend. Concerns were raised after voter registration in November that few young people were registering. On Tuesday, reports from all nine provinces suggested that significant numbers of young people have registered, the NYC said. More detailed statistics are expected on Thursday.
