FOUR EXPELLED FOR ‘HOMOSEXUAL ACTIVITIES’

THE Nigerian Defence Academy has expelled four cadet officers accused of involvement in homosexual activities. Another ten were expelled over alleged involvement in secret cult activities, the Guardian said in a front-page report. Four cadet officers were charged, tried and convicted of homosexual activities. The civilian government of President Olusegun Obasanjo has promised to wage a serious battle against secret cults engaged in murder, rape, torture and other forms of violent crimes on Nigeria’s tertiary campuses. The NDA is the country’s top military academy.
