TWO toddlers have been found dead in a swimming pool in Meredale, south of Johannesburg. Police said the bodies of the toddlers, a boy and a girl aged about two, were found floating in the pool at the Palm Springs Townhouse complex. The boy and girl were rushed to the Meredale Clinic where they were certified dead on arrival.
