How we graded the ministers
Each year in the past we have rated the President and his Cabinet in what has become an annual feature of the Mail & Guardian.
This year, we look at President Ramaphosa’s winners and losers in the second year of the Government of National Unity, which includes ministers from the DA, Inkatha Freedom Party, Patriotic Alliance, Freedom Front Plus and the Good Party.
